DUBRO HEAVY DUTY CONTROL HORN SYSTEM

The DU-BRO Heavy Duty Control Horn System is built specifically for large RC airplanes that demand strength, precision, and dependable performance. Designed with BIG planes in mind, this system provides the clearance, durability, and control accuracy required for powerful aircraft .91 size and above.

Each control horn features a long 1-5/32" (29.37 mm) horn length. This extra length gives you plenty of clearance from the hinge line, allowing for smooth, responsive, and consistent control movement. The components are built with a precision fit, ensuring tight, secure alignment once installed.

A strong 8-32 x 2" socket head bolt runs through the assembly, providing the rigidity needed for high-stress maneuvers. The included aluminum pin is held firmly in place using steel cotter pins, giving you a secure connection that won’t loosen in flight. The clevis is designed to fit a 4-40 rod (not included), making it easy to integrate into most heavy-duty linkage setups.

This system is perfect for large sport aircraft, scale models, and aerobatic planes that require a robust control horn capable of handling aggressive flight loads. Each package includes 2 complete assemblies, and each assembly weighs 13.5 grams, offering strength without unnecessary weight.
