NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS FOR DATE OF ORDER

YOU MUST CALL US FOR AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING ITEMS!
Some manufacturers insist on dealing directly with the customer for warranty and/or replacement issues.  We will be glad to assist you with purchase records or any other assistance you may need.

All returns must be in original packaging and resellable as new.
No returns on items that are used in any way.
No returns or exchanges on clearance or closeout items.
No refund will be issued or exchange made on any item returned and shows any sign of usage or is returned incomplete when inspected upon return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
