Functional & Effective Landing Gear

Central Hobbies offers landing gear that's both light weight and strong.  Carbon fiber gear and practical tail wheel assemblies work together to not only land a plane effectively, they also help to absorb some of the shock of a less than perfect landing.  They won't protect the plane from crashes, but they can help with the regular day-to-day bumps of normal landings.

Not all model airplanes require functional landing gear and/or tail-wheel assemblies.  A model not intended for radio control flying, for example, may get by just fine with gear built only for looks.   And some rc planes may be small enough so that they can land any which way without really messing things up. 

Pattern planes do need functional landing gear.  Many of them are large enough and fragile enough to make excellent use of the best landing gear available.  You want to protect your investment.  That's why we sell the best.
